Jon Dubravac is the founder of Blueprint Strategies. Prior to launching Blueprint, he was a founding partner of WealthSource Partners, where he helped build and scale the firm into a multi-billion-dollar registered investment advisory business before its successful sale and buy-out by OneDigital.
Having built, acquired, and ultimately sold an advisory business, Jon brings a perspective shaped by firsthand execution. As an RIA owner, he acquired dozens of advisory firms, and as a founder, he later navigated the sale of his own firm — experience that allows him to advise clients with clarity grounded in reality, not theory.
